Use it or lose it. Defend every individuals right to freely express an opinion, and beware of attempts by any government that would try to silence opposition. Actually if you are afraid to speak when discussions of politics or religion come up, not only does it stifle your use of free speech but it can hinder your learning as well. Our public universities today desperately need to be stimulating thought instead of promoting liberal dogma and stifling debate.
